At Lakshrish Dynasty Private Limited, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience for all users on our platform, AstroWildStar. Since we only offer digital services (e.g., astrology consultations via chat, call, video), the following refund and cancellation terms apply:

2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made immediately after booking a session or placing a service request.

Once a session is confirmed or in progress, cancellation is not applicable.

Cancellations are also not allowed for digital astrology reports once they have been generated or delivered.

3.  Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

In case of a failed transaction or duplicate payment.

If a session could not be delivered due to a technical issue on our end.

All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction by contacting our support team.

4.  Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 9 to 15 business days and returned to the original payment method.
